Processing Your Order

We aim to process all orders placed before 7am AEDT on the same business day.
Orders placed after 11am AEDT will be prepared and dispatched the following business day.

During busy moments — like sales or new collection drops — our processing time may extend just a little.

Every LIVA order is thoughtfully hand‑picked and packed with love, from our heart to yours.  

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to choose a refund or a credit note on any full‑priced item.  

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Please note:

• Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
• Return shipping costs and methods are the responsibility of the customer.
• Sale items are not eligible for refunds for change of mind.
